LAND (PLANNING AND ENVIRONMENT) (NO. 85 OF 1996) - SECT 50

50. Section 216A of the Principal Act is amended—

    (a)     by omitting subsection (2);

    (b)     by omitting from subsection (3) “or (2)”; and

    (c)     by omitting from subsection (4) the definition of “unrecommended lease”.
