LAND (PLANNING AND ENVIRONMENT) (NO. 85 OF 1996) - SECT 67

67. Section 244 of the Principal Act is amended—

    (a)     by omitting “or Executive” (first occurring); and

    (b)     by omitting “the Minister or Executive (as the case requires)” and substituting “he or she”.
