Schedule 5

86. Schedule 5 to the Principal Act is amended—

        (a)     by omitting items 2 and 3; and

    (b)     by omitting items 5, 6 and 7 and substituting the following items:

Having a building or structure that was constructed or erected without approval required by—

        (a)     Division 2 of Part VI of this Act; or

        (b)     the Buildings (Design and Siting) Act 1964 .
