Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts104. (1) A member who has a direct or indirect pecuniary interest in a matter being considered or about to be considered by the Heritage Council shall, as soon as practicable after the relevant facts have come to the member's knowledge, disclose the nature of the interest at a Heritage Council meeting.
(2) A disclosure shall be recorded in the minutes of the meeting and, unless the Minister otherwise determines, the member shall not—
(a) be present during any deliberation of the Heritage Council with respect to that matter; or
(b) take part in any decision of the Heritage Council with respect to that matter.
