Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts119. Unless otherwise specified in the Act or subordinate law under which it is directed, an Assessment consists of—
(a) a public environment report; or
(b) an environmental impact statement;
about the proposal which is the subject of a defined decision, together with the report under section 131 evaluating that public environment report or environmental impact statement.
