Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts182. (1) Subject to section 183, the land comprised in a lease of Territory Land shall at all times be held and occupied by or under the lessee as 1 undivided parcel.
(2) Subject to this Part, the land comprised in a lease of Territory Land may be sublet and the lease and any interest in it may be assigned, transferred or mortgaged.
