Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts5. Section 62AM of the Principal Act is amended by inserting after subsection (1) the following subsection:
“(1A) Application may be made under this section before the termination of a lease if the application—
(a) is a joint application; or
(b) is made by a lessor or lessee requesting the total amount of bond money paid under the lease to which the application relates be paid out of the Trust Fund to the lessee or lessor, respectively.”.
