LANDLORD AND TENANT (AMENDMENT) ACT (NO. 46 OF 1993) - SECT 6

6. Section 62AN of the Principal Act is amended—

    (a)     by inserting in subsection (1) “(other than a joint application)” after “application” (first occurring); and

    (b)     by inserting in subsection (2) “(other than a joint application)” after “application” (first occurring).
