LABOUR HIRE LICENSING ACT 2020 (NO. 21 OF 2020) - SECT 34

Breach of labour hire licence condition

A person commits an offence if—

        (a)     the person holds a labour hire licence; and

        (b)     the licence is subject to a condition; and

        (c)     the person fails to comply with the condition.

Maximum penalty: 200 penalty units.
