LEGAL PRACTITIONERS (AMENDMENT) ACT 1993 (NO. 94 OF 1993) - SECT 40

Immunity from suit

40. Section 129A of the Principal Act is amended by omitting paragraph (1) (c) and substituting the following paragraph:

    “(c)     a person appointed under section 66, 69A or 69B;”.
