LEGAL PRACTITIONERS (AMENDMENT) ACT 1994 (NO. 76 OF 1994) - SECT 21

21. Section 148 of the Principal Act is amended—

    (a)     by omitting from the definition of “solicitor” in subsection (1) “barrister and solicitor referred to in section 88” and substituting “solicitor referred to in section 89”;

    (b)     by adding at the end of paragraph (3) (a) “and”;

    (c)     by omitting paragraph (3) (b); and

    (d)     by omitting from paragraph (3) (c) “, securities”.
