Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts(1) If the complainant to a complaint about a person and the person agree to enter into a process of mediation in relation to the complaint, the relevant council may facilitate the mediation to the extent it considers appropriate.
(2) This section does not require the relevant council to facilitate a mediation.
