Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts(1) The disciplinary tribunal may order that a failure by the relevant council to observe a procedural requirement in relation to a complaint is to be disregarded if satisfied that the parties to the hearing have not been prejudiced by the failure.
(2) This section applies to a failure that happened before the proceeding was started in the disciplinary tribunal in relation to the complaint as well as to a failure happening afterwards.
