Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts(1) A council may request a corresponding authority to arrange for the investigation of any aspect of a complaint being dealt with by the council and to provide a report on the result of the investigation.
(2) A report on the result of the investigation received from—
(a) the corresponding authority; or
(b) an entity authorised by the corresponding authority to conduct the investigation;
may be used and taken into consideration by a council and the disciplinary tribunal in dealing with the complaint under this chapter.
