Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts(1) If the licensing body or a council has functions under this Act in relation to a matter, it may approve forms for use in relation to the matter.
(2) If the licensing body or a council approves a form under this section for a particular purpose, the approved form must be used for that purpose.

(3) An approved form is a notifiable instrument.
