Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts(1) The powers given to the Magistrates Court under this chapter are in addition to any other powers of the court.
(2) In particular, an application to the Magistrates Court for an injunction under this chapter may be made without notice to the person against whom the injunction is sought.
