Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts(1) The roll of legal practitioners kept by the registrar under the repealed Act, section 16C immediately before the commencement day is taken to be, or form part of, the local roll kept by the Supreme Court under this Act.
(2) This section is a law to which the Legislation Act, section 88 (Repeal does not end effect of transitional laws etc) applies.
