Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts3. (1) The Acts specified in Part 1 of the Schedule are amended as set out in that Part.
(2) The Regulations specified in Part 2 of the Schedule are amended as set out in that Part.
(3) The amendment of the Regulations set out in Part 2 of the Schedule, by subsection (2) does not prevent those Regulations, as so amended, being amended or repealed by regulation.
