MAGISTRATES COURT (ENFORCEMENT OF (NO. 61 OF 1994) - SECT 50

50. Section 254 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting paragraphs (5) (b) and (c) and substituting the following paragraphs:

    “(b)     a writ of execution has been issued; and

        (c)     property has been sold under the writ;”.
