Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts(1) This section applies if the chief health officer comes into possession of a regulated substance or regulated therapeutic good otherwise than under this part.
(2) The chief health office may dispose of the regulated substance or regulated therapeutic good as prescribed by regulation.
