MEDICINES, POISONS AND THERAPEUTIC GOODS ACT 2008 (NO. 26 OF 2008) - SECT 62

Permanently named containers—use for other regulated substances

A person commits an offence if—

        (a)     the person uses a container for a regulated substance; and

        (b)     the container is permanently marked with the name of a different regulated substance.

Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units, imprisonment for 6 months or both.
