MOTOR TRAFFIC (AMENDMENT) ACT 1997 (NO. 8 OF 1997) - SECT 11

11. Section 192 of the Principal Act is amended—

    (a)     by inserting in subsection (1) “13G, 13N, 13P,” after “section”; and

    (b)     by adding at the end the following subsection:

“(3) Nothing in subsection (1) applies in relation to a duty imposed on the Registrar under this Act.”.
