MOTOR TRAFFIC (AMENDMENT) ACT (NO. 2) (NO. 46 OF 1992) - SECT 5

5. Section 120 of the Principal Act is amended—

        (a)     by omitting from paragraph (1) (a) “or”;

        (b)     by inserting after paragraph (1) (a) the following paragraph:

    “(aa)     where a slip lane is provided—in that slip lane; or”; and

    (c)     by inserting in subsection (1) “, without reasonable excuse,” after “shall not”.
