MOTOR TRAFFIC (AMENDMENT) ACT (NO. 55 OF 1997) - SECT 11

Interpretation

11. Section 108A of the Principal Act is amended by inserting the following definition:“ ‘authorised examiner' has the same meaning as in Part IIAA;”.
