MOTOR TRAFFIC (AMENDMENT) ACT (NO. 55 OF 1997) - SECT 15

15. Section 108G of the Principal Act is amended—

    (a)     by omitting from paragraph (1) (b) “ to the Registrar” and substituting “for examination”; and

    (b)     by omitting from paragraph (3) (b) “ to the Registrar” and substituting “in accordance with the notice”.
