MOTOR TRAFFIC (AMENDMENT) ACT (NO. 55 OF 1997) - SECT 8

8. Section 14A of the Principal Act is amended—

    (a)     by omitting subsections (4), (5) and (5A); and

    (b)     by omitting from paragraph (8) (a) “in pursuance of section 17” and substituting “under subsection 14A (6)”.
