NURSES (AMENDMENT) ACT 1994 (NO. 47 OF 1994) - SECT 38

38. An application for registration or enrolment under the Principal Act as in force before the commencement of this Act that had not been determined before the commencement of this Act shall be taken to be an application for registration or enrolment under the Principal Act as amended by this Act.
