Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts42. (1) Subject to subsection (2), an inquiry may be held under the Principal Act as amended by this Act with respect to conduct or any other matter or thing that occurred before, or partly before and partly after, the commencement of this Act.
(2) An inquiry referred to in subsection (1) may only be held if it is an inquiry that could have been held before the commencement of this Act.
