NATURE CONSERVATION (AMENDMENT) ACT 1989 (NO. 4 OF 1989) - SECT 36

36. Section 57 of the Principal Act is amended—

    (a)     by omitting the penalty at the foot of subsection (1) and substituting the following penalty:

“Penalty: $500.”;

    (b)     by inserting in subsection (2) “or her” after “his”; and

    (c)     by omitting from subsection (3) “his”.
