NATURE CONSERVATION (AMENDMENT) ACT 1989 (NO. 4 OF 1989) - SECT 53

53. Section 80 of the Principal Act is amended—

    (a)     by inserting before subsection (1) the following subsection:

“(1A) In this section, ‘animal' includes a live fish.”; and

    (b)     by omitting from subsection (6) “him” and substituting “the person”.
