NATIONAL ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION COUNCIL (NO. 95 OF 1994) - SECT 27

Voting at meetings

27. (1) At a meeting, a decision of the Council shall be supported by the votes of at least of the members, whether present or not.

(2) The member presiding at a meeting of the Council has a deliberative vote only.
