NATIONAL ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION COUNCIL (NO. 95 OF 1994) - SECT 40

NEPC Executive Officer to act in accordance with Council directions

40. (1) The Council may, by notice in writing given to the NEPC Executive Officer, give directions to the Executive Officer with respect to the conduct of the affairs of the Service Corporation.

(2) The NEPC Executive Officer shall comply with a direction given under subsection (1).
