OATHS AND AFFIRMATIONS (AMENDMENT) (NO. 34 OF 1995) - SECT 6

Authority to administer oath etc.

6. Section 11 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from subsection (1) “An oath” and substituting “Subject to section 10A, an oath”.
