PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERS ACT 2023 (NO. 8 OF 2023) - SECT 47

Definitions—pt 7

In this part:

"at premises" includes in or on the premises.

"occupier", of premises, includes—

        (a)     a person an authorised person believes on reasonable grounds to be an occupier of the premises; and

        (b)     a person apparently in charge of the premises.

"premises" includes land.
