PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERS ACT 2023 (NO. 8 OF 2023) - SECT 85

Codes of practice

    (1)     The Minister may approve a code of practice for—

        (a)     professional engineers; or

        (b)     an area of engineering; or

        (c)     a professional engineering service.

    (2)     An approved code of practice is a disallowable instrument.
