PUBLIC HEALTH ACT 1997 (NO. 69 OF 1997) - SECT 46

46. A procedure licence—

        (a)     shall be in a form approved by the Minister; and

        (b)     shall specify—

              (i)     the name of the licensee;

              (ii)     the licensed public health risk procedure; and

              (iii)     any conditions to which the licence is subject.
