PUBLIC HEALTH ACT 1997 (NO. 69 OF 1997) - SECT 98

98. A person shall not use for trade or advertising purposes the results of an analysis made for the purposes of this Act.

Penalty:

        (a)     if the offender is a natural person—50 penalty units;

        (b)     if the offender is a body corporate—250 penalty units.
