PUBLIC HEALTH (MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS) ACT 1997 (NO. 70 OF 1997) - SECT 16

16. Section 60 of the Building Act is amended—

    (a)     by omitting paragraphs (1) (pa) to (pf) (inclusive) and (ra) and (rb);

    (b)     by omitting paragraphs (3) (ka), (kb), (kc) and (ma); and

    (c)     by omitting subsection (3A).
