Subject to this Part, the new Public Health Act applies in relation to any application made, notice given, decision made or action taken under or for the purposes of a provision of the Skin Penetration Act as if the application had been made, the notice had been given, the decision had been made or the action had been taken under or for the purposes of the provision of the new Public Health Act that most closely corresponds to that provision.
