Section 3, new definitions

insert

"clerk", for division 3.8 (Legislative Assembly—clerk and secretariat)—see section 45.

"Legislative Assembly secretariat" means the Legislative Assembly secretariat under section 53A.

"secretariat", for division 3.8 (Legislative Assembly—clerk and secretariat)—see section 45.
