RACING ACT 1999 (NO. 1 OF 1999) - SECT 8

Race meetings to be conducted in compliance with conditions

    A person conducting a race meeting shall comply with this Act and with any conditions set under subsection 6 (3) or 34 (3).

Penalty:     50 penalty units.
