Dictionary, definitions of dutiable value and general insurance

substitute

"dutiable value"—

        (a)     of a motor vehicle for part 9.1—see section 203; and

        (b)     of other dutiable property—see section 20.

"general insurance", for chapter 8 (Insurance)—see section 175.
