Maximum penalty:

        (a)     for a first offender—25 penalty units; or

        (b)     for a repeat offender—

              (i)     if the offender is the driver—50 penalty units, imprisonment for 6 months or both; and

              (ii)     if the offender is the driver trainer—50 penalty units.
