Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts(1) An authorised person carrying out oral fluid analysis for a rail safety worker must take all practicable steps to ensure that it is not readily apparent to members of the public that the oral fluid analysis is being carried out.
(2) Subsection (1) does not apply if the oral fluid analysis is carried out at a police station.
