Other road transport legislation includes the Road Transport (Alcohol and Drugs) Act 1977 , the Road Transport (Dimensions and Mass) Act 1990 , the Road Transport (Driver Licensing) Act 1999 , the Road Transport (Safety and Traffic Management) Act 1999 , the Road Transport (Vehicle Registration) Act 1999 and the regulations made under those Acts.
