Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts(1) The holder of a taxi operator's licence may apply, in writing, to the road transport authority for the licence to be transferred to a stated person.
(2) The road transport authority may transfer the licence to the stated person by endorsement on the licence.
(3) However, the road transport authority must not transfer a taxi operator's licence to a person who holds—
(a) a private hire car operator's licence; or
(b) 2 or more taxi operator's licences.
