ROAD TRANSPORT (GENERAL) ACT 1999 (NO. 77 OF 1999) - SECT 137

Use of motor vehicles as buses (MTA s 168 (a))

    A person must not use a motor vehicle as a bus on a road or road related area other than in accordance with a bus operator's licence.

Maximum penalty:     50 penalty units.
