ROAD TRANSPORT (GENERAL) ACT 1999 (NO. 77 OF 1999) - SECT 141

Offence not to display information about maximum number of passengers (MTA s 31A (3))

    The holder of a bus operator's licence must paint on the bus, in legible letters in a prominent place, the maximum number of persons the vehicle is licensed to carry, in the following form:

‘Licensed to carry persons'.

Maximum penalty:     5 penalty units.
