Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts(1) The person who was the nominal defendant under the Motor Traffic Act immediately before the commencement is taken, after the commencement, to be the person appointed as nominal defendant under this Act.
(2) Anything that was done or had effect under a provision of the Motor Traffic Act in relation to the nominal defendant is, after the commencement, also taken to have been done or to have effect under the corresponding provisions of this Act.
