Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts(1) The administering authority for an infringement notice offence may delegate, in writing, all or any of the administering authority's functions under this Part to—
(a) the road transport authority; or
(b) a person prescribed under the regulations; or
(c) an authorised person.
(2) A person mentioned in paragraph (1) (a) or (b) may delegate, in writing, all or any of the functions delegated to the person under that subsection to anyone else.
